Your first day

On your first day of work, your mentor will give you a tour through the production facility and will be available to answer any questions or address the needs you may have.

Any questions?

This is not necessary in the first step, but very useful to us at a later stage. It will help us to better assess which department and which tasks would make you feel most comfortable.

Reliability and quality awareness are basic requirements. We will show and teach you everything else within our induction programme.

We have a mentoring program in place to make sure that our new colleagues feel safe and secure right from the start. Your mentor will meet you on the first day. He or she is not only responsible for the job induction, but also helps you to settle in and supports you with all organisational issues.

The bus stop “Mitterrandstraße” is located right in front of the building. In the immediate vicinity there are also the stops “Marshallstraße”, “Aachener Kreuz Ginsterweg” and “St. Jobs”. If you arrive by car, you can park on the premises free of charge. In addition, many of our employees share cars - maybe there is a carpool in your direction. Bicycle shelters are likewise available on the company premises.

Safety shoes and all other work clothes will be provided by Frankenberg.
